Fruit Stand Staff
We have three positions within our fruit stand including fruit and veggie stocking, packaged food and gift stocker, and our cashiers. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs and have strong customer service skills. We do the majority of our hiring in the spring and then again in the fall for pumpkin season.
Bakery Staff
Our onsite bakery hires many employees each year to produce cookies, breads, pies, and more. We hire both part-time and full-time employees. Must be able to work on your feet all day and lift 50 lbs. No experience needed for our entry level positions. We do the majority of our hiring in the spring and then again in the fall for pumpkin season and thanksgiving. We have early morning shifts and evening shifts.
Sweet Shoppe Staff
We carry handmade ice cream from SLO Made and it is very popular! Most of our staff work Fridays through Sundays with some weekday staff. Employees handle and assemble other food items as well. We hire some full-time employees with many part-time employees. Must have strong customer service skills and be able to lift 50 lbs. We do the majority of our hiring in the spring and then again in the fall for pumpkin season.
BBQ Staff
Learn all about food preparation, handling, and Santa Maria style BBQing with our on site Chef. We are famous for our smoked tri-tip and pulled pork. Must be comfortable using knives, ovens, fryers, and other cooking related tools. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast paced kitchen environment. We do the majority of our hiring in the spring and then again in the fall for pumpkin season.
Farm Staff
Our farm has a wide variety of positions available including general farm labor, tractor tour drivers, grounds maintenance, hay maze attendants (mid Sep. - mid Oct.), and roasted corn stand operator. We hire both part-time and full-time employees for each of these areas. We do the majority of our hiring in the spring and then again in the fall for pumpkin season.
Our farm workers work from March - December. We hire general laborers as well as experienced managers.
